Of course! We’re 100% committed to making you happy. Each jewelry is hand checked by a member of Team Joolsie before shipment to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.
The following reasons are covered by our 60-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.(Joolsie is NOT responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees)
If you discover we sent the wrong order or item(s),please take pictures of the items you received and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.(We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) equal or lesser value.)
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 60-day Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your Joolsie product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
The following reasons are covered by our 60-day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.(Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Should you wish to return your item(s), because you chose the wrong size/color/material,gave the wrong name,don’t like the design,personal reasons due to changed mind,etc,please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record).
Please note that returns on customized or modified item(s) for reasons other than Joolsie error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required) Please be advised that expedited shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package

All Joolsie Jewelry are personalized style.Normally,we need 5-10 business days to process ( with an exception of peak seasons) .During production,we are not able to change the material,name,color.
Should you change the material/name/color,Joolsie need to charge 50% fee to re-personalize a new one for you.
If necklace,about the size problem,we can help you change it.But we need to charge $12 and we need 2 more business days to change a new chain for you.
If ring and earrings,the size can’t be change during production.Because the ring craft is different from other accessories
