  1. All items sold by Joolsie Corp. in this website are gold, silver or rose gold plated. NOT solid gold unless specified.
  2. In order to use our warranty program, exchanges, refunds and or replacements you need to contact us at [email protected]. Any returns without a RMA and or without our confirmation will not be processed or returned to sender.
  3. All weights, measurements are approximate and based on standard sizes unless otherwise specified and depending on the amount of letters and the item it may vary by 5%.
  4. If for any reason you have changed your mind please contact us within 48 hours. 20% Processing fee may be deducted upon cancellation.
  5. If we make a mistake on your order please contact us immediately and include a picture of your item for refund, exchange or replacement. We may require for the item to be returned to us.
  6. Our turnaround varies by season and amount of orders we have, items may take up to 20 business days to be designed, made, finished and shipped during peak season.
  7. All personalized items are made to order and final sale.
  8. Use of “Color” as an option refers to color only not material. For e.g. Option Sterling Silver under “Color” menu refers to sterling silver color/tone not sterling silver, Sterling silver under material menu refers to .925 Sterling Silver as material.
  9. Most or all our items are handmade and may or may not be hallmarked.
